● Led the Client Services team (100 people in 7 offices: Paris, London, Frankfurt, Dallas, Seattle, New York and Sydney): decided on strategic organization, planning and objectives. ● Responsible for running the due diligence on various companies● In charge of the integration of operational teams post several acquisitions: Speedfacts (2005), Common Knowledge (2008), Greenfield Online (2009), Harris Interactive (2014)● Coordinated all the projects related to on line research: allocation of Project managers, assessment of quality delivery, and orientation towards optimal client satisfaction.● Designed processes with Toluna's main clients to work out a smooth and efficient relationship from the PM side (SLA).● Creation and improvement of the internal processes within the PM department, and between the different departments –sales, panel and IT-● Recruitment the new team members, training and follow up of PMs (more than 100 recruitments in 2 years).● Worked in close relationship with all departments to improve the technical tools, to sell feasible projects, to optimize the use of the panel.
