• Identify training needs for each division through consultation with department managers, HR, and external resources.• Design training programs and professional development courses aligned with organizational goals and individual professional needs.• Estimate and manage training operation costs within budgetary constraints for maximum Return on Investment.• Assist the Human Resources Department in designing appraisal programs, recruiting, and training materials.• Conduct training on various alcoholic beverages, including their production methods, raw materials, and final taste and aroma.• Provide training on serving techniques for different alcoholic beverages and understanding glass variations.• Conduct training on cocktail-making methods, types of cocktails, and mixologist tricks.• Develop and deliver training on SOPs, SOS, standard phraseology, and telephonic etiquettes.• Deliver training on Pan Asian cuisine, including an overview of Oriental cuisine, herbs, spices, and unique ingredients.• Provide training on cooking methods, types of vegetable cuts, recipe standardization, consistency, and food safety regulations under FSSAI.• Ensure effective training and control over food and beverage quality.• Generate monthly guest feedback analysis reports to track overall performance.• Design and deliver training on soft skills, including consumer psychology, behavioral training, communication skills, body language, positive attitude, teamwork, leadership, sales training, and customer WOW factor.• Conduct audits to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
