As a Scrum Master at JTI (Japan Tobacco International), I facilitate and empower agile teams to deliver high-quality products and services that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. I have more than four years of experience in this role, and I have successfully led multiple projects across different regions and domains, such as e-commerce, logistics, and marketing. I have also contributed to the improvement of our agile processes and practices, by providing coaching, feedback, and support to the team members and stakeholders. Before joining JTI, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at FedEx for more than three years, where I developed strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. I have not listed my education degree or university, but I have acquired multiple certifications and skills related to agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe. My core competencies include facilitating, empowering, communicating, collaborating, and delivering value. My mission is to help teams and organizations achieve their goals and vision by applying agile principles and values. I am passionate about learning and improving, and I always seek new opportunities and challenges to grow as a Scrum Master and as a professional.
