I studied Hospitality for a year at William Angliss Institute, followed with two years experience working in customer service, in which one year working as a professional barista. However, I have changed my career to Healthcare industry, due to some Covid-19 mental impacts. I am currently commencing Bachelor of Nursing at Deakin University. About my experiences, I am a motivated individual, who is always quick on foot completing all duties, communicates confidently with customers, and a great team player in any circumstances, proven by my experiences and positive feedbacks at previous and current workplaces. Moreover, I have established my problem-solving skills with a great sense of potential problems surrounded. All of these skills build up to my professionalism and growing skill sets for any future jobs along my career path, especially as a nurse. About my personality and belief, I am an optimistic individuals who always showing positivity and enthusiasm to people. I am good at active listening and therapeutic communication. Moreover, I have flexibility to always adapt well with new people, new environment and challenges. I have a passion for helping, supporting and assisting people with difficulty in their lives, love to comfort and be a part of their reasons to stay alive and be happy every day.
