Most people have a hard time talking about themselves, but not me... I'm great at it. My name is Lemar and I'm an Enablement Business Partner at Bazaarvoice. Prior to that, I was a professional educator, theatre director, and middle-schooler patience expert for five years (so if you were wondering, no, I do not have children of my own). I also spent a decade with Hot Topic (so edgy) as a store manager, which is where I honed most of my skills in sales, leadership, and the career development of others. I currently pride myself the most on producing informative, engaging, and dare I say... fun... content for the sales and client success teams here at Bazaarvoice. I pull from my experiences in leading classrooms of the most easily distracted age group to ensure I can hold the attention and perceived credibility of the most easily distracted professionals (sellers). I truly have a blast doing what I do in my role and plan to continue growing for years to come in the field of enablement. I just noticed I was supposed to list achievements too.
