I am a policy advocate; concerning licensing and distribution, and the use of music in film and television around Eastern Africa. Anthropological documentation of the Maasai language and culture on how it has been impacted by colonialism pre and post. I am currently researching with the aim of understanding native-indigenous communities' land rights amid a new push to have indigenous communities move from areas they have inhabited for centuries to create room for conservation in Eastern Africa.I have won multiple awards in film, am an avid film curator, a new media trainer and a cover (script coverage) and scriptwriter.
