In period of 5 months sanitized operations of previously struggling business, established financial and operational accountability and readied the business for franchising. In response to the global financial crisis and specifically the situation in Ukraine, streamlined the operations and established a sustainable self-management model for the business. Parker & Obolensky is a fully owned daughter company of DEOL Partners.

Expansion of the operations of Olympic Ukraine, a subsidiary of Olympic Entertainment Group (OEG). In period of 2.5 years increased the revenue from local operations close to 5 times, amount of locations operated in Ukraine from 4 to 24 casinos, increased staff amount from 86 to over 700 people. In total managed direct investments over 10 MEUR for the period. Specific focus on short and long-term strategy creation and execution, marketing and sales expansion of the business in Ukrainian market. Direct involvement in strategy and tactical plans creation for parent group.Active participation and preparation of Ukrainian operations for the IPO of OEG shares in OMX Tallinn Stock Exchange and Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2006 and 2007.Management of the negotiations and multi-million euro acquisition of competing casino operator Eldorado Casinos in 2007. The acquisition added 5 casinos and 400 people to Ukrainian operations. Merger of the companies and change management to ensure successful integration of the organizations, re-modeling and launch of casino operations under Olympic brand.

Building up and running a Nordic management technology services company. Initial concept of building a B2B marketplace proved not viable and company continued as Oracle ERP consulting and ASP services provider for financial and real-estate sector. Management of a 30+ person organization, responsible for the business development, sales and marketing of the organization. Successfully established the company in Estonia and expanded its reach to Finnish market.

Sales support of Oracle E-Business Suite products to US industrial companies with annual revenue over $1 billion. Part of the responsibilities included also joint efforts with partner companies, such as Sun Microsystems, GEC Marconi, EMC, Veritas and others. Responsible for the establishing and operation of Oracle Industrial Center of Excellence. Management of engagement based 5-10 person teams assembled from different organizations.For the efforts in Oracle Product Industries sales organization I was awarded the US Sales Consultant of the Year award in 2000, Industrial Strength award in 1999 and qualified for the 2000 Oracle Club Excellence in Hawaii.
