After earning my technical baccalaureate and completing training as an aeronautical mechanic in the French Navy, I began my career in 1989 with Air Liberté. Over the years, I progressed from mechanic to team leader, controller, technical project manager, borescope inspector, and technical expert overseeing the integration of new aircraft into the fleet. I eventually led the troubleshooting department for a fleet of 33 aircraft.Thirteen years later, I joined Aeroservice Corporate, a VIP airline based in Le Bourget, where I established the technical department and managed the airworthiness of a fleet of Airbus A319 ACJ, A320 LR, and A321 aircraft. I also opened several line maintenance stations in Africa to support Airbus operations for the company.Six years later, as an aeronautical expert, I became a shareholder at Regio Lease, where I created the technical department and launched consulting services to assist French airlines with maintenance organization, aircraft acquisitions, and the delivery/re-delivery and integration processes for their fleets.I am also an EASA-approved airworthiness reviewer, authorized to validate Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC) for aircraft import/export within Europe and renew airworthiness certificates. Today, Regio Lease has grown to a team of 50 employees, managing around 100 aircraft annually and advising global airlines, leasing companies, and financial institutions.To date, over 1350 aircraft owners, airlines, and leasing companies have benefited from our services, supporting a diverse range of aircraft, including Airbus, Boeing, ATR, Embraer, and Beechcraft models.In 2010, Regio Lease became an EASA CAMO Part I certified organization, accredited by the French DGAC.
