Main duties:- Establishing 2 Japanese companies in Vietnam;- Drafted and registered the Labour Internal Regulations, Collective Labor Agreement;- Registered foreign employees for clients and for the Company;- Advised various aspects related to corporate and investment law, labor law, import–export regulations for the company and its clients being Japanese companies in Vietnam; - Drafted legal documents, contracts;- Selected, recruited and trained IT engineers before sending them to Japan;- Supported HR Department and Finance Department in managing the company.
