By the end of 2020, we don't have any stores or employees quitting/close.- The barbershop increased by 30% each quarter and by January 2016 we opened a second branch and the third branch in 2019 in HCMC with over 25 staff and served over 65 thousand customers per year, now it has 3 branches in 2 cities.- Participated in all aspects of business development from market research and finance to operations and marketing, ensuring that the company's vision was followed.- Formulated the company's vision, goals, and objectives; hired and trained new employees. Build the system which made the barbershop automation cross-checking and management.
