UX/UI project for the Department of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Flemish Government. After thorough research by two UX experts at AE, I was in charge of the technical implementation of the changes. This role consisted of: - Making choices regarding the global front end architecture - Implementing the new component library in angular - Finding a strategy to make all application teams adopt the new version of the component library as fast as possible

iLearn aims to provide a platform where teachers can offer personalised learning tracks to students. This enables the teachers to offer a more tailored learning experience to each student's needs. By connecting with several learning tools and offering these as integrated applications within the platform a seamless experience is created for both the teachers and students.This project has been set up by the Flemish Government and aims to service hundreds of schools in 2022.

Steinhoff is an integrated retailer that manufactures, sources and retails furniture, household goods and general merchandise in Europe, Australasia, the United States and Africa. Within Steinhoff, the International Sourcing & Logistics department (SISL) is responsible for the sourcing of new products in Asia, South-America & Eastern-Europe and the coordination of all logistic operations.PRIME is a custom-built platform that strives to be the de-facto Product Information Management system at SISL. It wants to facilitate multi party contribution by suppliers, sourcing offices and retailers. PRIME will provide support for the full sourcing process; from discovering new products during fairs or supplier visits, to sharing the sourced products in the company-wide catalogue.Challenges:- Global organisation- Working with different stakeholders- Tight budget constraints- High time pressure

Development of a cross platform app (MedTRIS), a backend API and several online dashboards for information visualisation and manipulation. The app is developed in React-native, the API in PHP (Laravel) and the online dashboards in React.js. This software is currently being used to record all first aid dispensed at medium and large-scale events such as Rock Werchter.
