Responsibility for ALL recruitment and internal progression (using Internal Development Centres) of Information, Advice and Guidance Call-Handlers.Set up recruitment process from scratch to include: Advertising, CV Sift, Interview, Assessment Centre and Offer Process. This was done across 2 sites in Leicester and Manchester and required a standardised, objective, transparent process across the levels which could be bespoked for each level of role.Designed and Implemented Induction programmes for up to 12 new starters (per site) at a time Worked with the senior management team and clients to establish budgets for staffing for each new contract.Negotiation with Agencies for the provision of temporary (seasonal, campaign) personnel.Tabled a ‘skills framework’ for organisational development and progression strategy – this was a qualitative assessment programme for individual development with an emphasis on Best Working Practice.Case/call handling model development to be used on ‘guidance’ contacts – lead on project. Working with research from University of Derby (amongst others) I led the project to establish a relevant assessment tool that met the requirements of the service user, the requirements of the funding stream (client) and the development requirements of the ‘Coach’Call development model for advice – consultant role - based on the success of the above project I was asked to Quality Assure the development of a ‘call-assessment’ model.Comfortable in the delivery of: classroom, on the job, train the trainer, mentoring and coaching.Support to HR including, but not limited to: Redundancy Consultation inc.
