Routinely, Alex ensures to touch base with our clients, executives, technology team and compliance team to ensure the SOP/FAQ that she is working on is 100% accurate before fully rolling it out to the line level team that will be responsible for carrying out the task. She is quick to adapt to feedback during the development phase, but also listens to both the voice of the team members as well as the voice of the customer to ensure all SOP continue to service us in the best way possible. In July of 2020, we were finally able to recognize Alex for all of her efforts with a promotion to Quality Manager, which also allowed us to assign a team to her. Together, their output increased tremendously and the overall output of the Customer Service team improved as a result.
