I developed my professional experience working in the machinery industry. Today, I can say that I´m skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Operations Management, Sales, and Sales Management. I´m strong consulting professional with a MBA in administration (FIA), marketing (ESPM) and leadership (Insead). Also, I did an excellent specialization course in Insead called Advanced Management Program (AMP) which gave me more inspiration to deal in better way with people in all necessary altitudes of an organization, family and friends.Over thirty years I spent developing business in pulp and paper industry implementing the service division in South America, covering the complete aftermarket business. The aftermarket business is one of the most important strategic areas to have full success in any business.I really like Latin America and the way as business is done here.My solid experience in P&L monitoring and improving, analyzing financial reports gave me enough confidence for globally reporting in monthly basis. I could also mention that I like the strategic business view and I´m such a person greatly motivated by challenges focused on targets and results.I think skills in communication at all levels and team development are the most important characteristics for a good management.
