Identification, measurement and management of corporate risks through the implementation of internal processes and controls based on the development and integration model of the three lines of governance defense: operational management; internal controls and compliance; internal and external audit.Continuous monitoring of the company's ongoing activities — as well as new processes, products and services to be implemented/offered — regarding regulatory compliance required by the regulatory and supervisory bodies of the of the Brazilian’s National Financial System (SFN), as well as the convergence of the activities carried out with the respective concepts formally established in the Policies, Manuals and other institucional documents.Internal Control Reports, aiming at communicating to the administrative bodies and boards about eventual compliance incidents and other situations that may configure the materialization of operational, financial, regulatory, credit, liquidity, and image risks, among others, as well as the follow-up of the implementation of the action plans established to correct situations identified in previous reports.Elaboration of the internal audit plan, taking into consideration the updated normative structures of the SFN and their respective supervision plans, in addition to the qualification of the present market situation, in order to identify new situations to be considered high risk.Development and review of the risk matrix of the institution's entire organizational structure, considering its processes, professionals, existence of policies and manuals, results of previous audits, complexity of the related regulatory structure and types of risk associated with the business.

Supervision of the institutions participating in B3, in order to evaluate adherence to the standards established by the regulatory and supervisory bodies of the Brazilian’s National Financial System (SFN), as well as the compliance of the institutions' processes according to the requirements listed in the B3’s Operational Qualification Program — PQO — and other regulatory structures of the SFN.Identification of possible violations of market rules and good practices, through an audit methodology developed by BSM.Conducting Operational and Pre-Operational Audits, Consultancies, Specific Audits demanded by regulatory bodies and internal demands evaluation of Complaints received through specific channels, development and analysis of reports related to the Compensation Mechanism for Losses and Optimization of databases and indicators used in audit processes.

Direct customer attendance, in person and by phone call, with all kinds of public; management of financial operations, on the bank’s digital interface and with physical cash; selling of banking products and services; financial counseling to clients during the hiring process of banking loans, investments, capitalizations etc; payment of bank securities, calculation of interest of those which expired the limit date; reception, deposition and liquidation of check sheets.
