Customer support is my field of expertise. I can handle sales calls, technical support, customer retention and provide the best customer experience for business. I have 4 years of experience CSR and another 4 years as a training staff in a BPO industry then I decided to take my fist step as an individual contractor as a remote CSR ( Freelancer ). I am knowledgeable in making digital marketing materials, video editing in addition to my skills I am currently learning on how to make an effective landing page and website using WordPress.com. Wix etc... I understand that working online as and individual contractor it takes a lot of effort to succeed, so I am currently learning relevant skills keep my skill set updated to cope with the constant demand of online community.
