April 2007-October 2012: Group President, Global Business Solutions Group (GBS), is comprised of CSC’s regional Consulting and Systems Integration business in the Brazil, North America, , EMEA, ASIAPAC, and the following global practices: Business Consulting, Technology Consulting, SAP, Oracle and Programme Management and Solution Architecture.

This position was the CSC executive management responsibility for the BAE SYSTEMS global outsourcing relationship, CSC’s largest customer at the time. This responsibility included management of the business relationship, sales and delivery of CSC’s service offerings and CSC’s financial and operational performance for this $700 million annual revenue account. The scope of services offered included consulting, systems integration, application development and maintenance, BPO and technology infrastructure support for networks (LAN&WAN), data centers, supercomputing and the desktop. It is delivered through a dedicated team of 2,400 CSC staff, and was delivered in the UK, North America, France and Sweden.The scope of relationship management covered the core outsourcing contract to BAE SYSTEMS, plc and North America, the MBDA and AMS JV’s, and the international Equity partnerships with Airbus and Saab Aerospace. It also included the joint business development activities between BAE SYSTEMS and CSC to win business together in the U.S. public sector Defense and Civil markets.

European Consulting was the pan-European organization responsible for CSC’s European Consulting and e-Business. It had four elements: Market Practices, Competence Practices, CSC Research Services and Strategic Accounts: Market Practices included: Net Markets, Telecommunications and Life SciencesCompetence Practices included: Net Strategy, Net Integration, CRM and Enterprise Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, SAP and CommerceOne CSC’s Research Services is CSC’s global multi-client research organization that investigates best practices in the strategic application of IT. Strategic Accounts: Motorola, Unilever and General MotorsDuring this period, also responsible as the Chairman of the European e-Business Council. This Council was responsible for formulating the e-Business strategy, which included points of view, value propositions and alliances, across Europe.

Responsible for the $ 60 M P & L of CSC Benelux Division’s Consulting and Systems Integration business in Belgium & Luxembourg, and new business development revenue responsibility for the Belgian Global Infrastructure Services (GIS), CSC’s global infrastructure services organization. Key accomplishment during this period was returning a long troubled business to profitability.
