• Daily health checks of Windows, Azure, and Linux servers.• Ensuring the availability, maintenance, and optimal performance of servers.• Windows Server Provisioning.• Windows Server Decommissioning.• Linux Server Decommissioning.• Server uplift (Upgrade/modify server specifications)• Utilizing VMware vSphere for virtualization management.• Apply monthly patches to windows(on prem) and azure server• Vulnerability remediation for Windows server• Housekeeping/cleanup for Linux(/var) and Windows Drive• Modifying Dynatrace taggings via puppet• Modifying Dynatrace taggings for windows• Gathering of Logs (Event viewer)• Supporting and executing day-to-day BAU task

• Responsible for customer service and after sales support • Communication with suppliers regarding stock availability and purchase. • Managing Social media account and e-commerce site with new products and deals• Assembly of customer's computer components. • Basic computer hardware debugging. • Investigating and resolving customer complaints.

• Computer Tester and machine handler setup preparation• Conduct standard testing of Pilot lot and sample lot devices using RSX5000 and ICT2000 (Company in-house ATE) • Control yield monitoring and yield improvement• Problem point identification of fail testing (Program, Tester, Device, Test equipment or handler)• Debug/repair problem point (Program, Tester, Device, Test equipment or handler)• Interpersonal communication with engineers, managers, and production line personnel• Initial and final report preparation and documentation• Hardware shipment preparation

• Responsible conducting manual testing of devices • Basic setup of Test board with tester/handler • Control and monitoring with common test equipment and hardware endorsement
