Managed the sales, sales service and operations of the Gatelist Division for Hearst Media Services. Products include; SEO, SEM, Social media, retargeting, digital impressions, mobile optimization and other relevant services. Position included P&L responsibility. Operation included up to 26 account executives and up to 3 sales managers in territory which ran from the South Bay to Sacramento and up to 3 offices.

Recruited as the first hire to assist in the launching of a new division in the San Francisco Bay Area. Initial duties included interviewing and hiring sales candidates and facilitating training.
