Facilitate and manage two national fellowship programs for community foundations - one Executive Leadership Institute for CEOs, and one for VPs. The Executive Leadership Institutes offer the opportunity to deepen the skills and broaden the networks of senior leaders, while also advancing their community leadership practice.I have also designed a brand new learning opportunity for the field that introduces the practices and principles of community leadership more broadly. The Introduction to Community Leadership is offered to all staff outside of the CEOs, and it has also been adapted to serve teams of two that include a CEO and one of their board members.

Social change consulting. Worked with nonprofits and foundations in the areas of program strategy, learning and evaluation, facilitation, and fundraising.

Designed and developed the process, grantmaking strategy, and evaluation approach for the foundation's first efforts to address the social determinants of health. Managed a variety of consultant contracts to support grantee learning communities and evaluation. Helped to lead the shift in the foundation's strategy to one that supported more adaptive work - focusing on equitable systems change. Managed the foundation's very first program-related investment, and facilitated the process to create a knowledge management and learning structure. Lead internal staff team to support the joint learning community activities across three community-based initiatives. Served as staff liaison to statewide community advisory committee.
