Manage, maintain, and process all jobs for builder accounts, from beginning to end. I retrieve all selections, purchase orders, and work orders via the Web for each individual unit. I proof read all such documents for missing information, such as missing selections, colors, sketches, or any other important data that would hold up processing. I double check all purchase order information and pricing against the work order/selections to assure all is accurate. I process all jobs, create all material purchase orders, order all materials with the distributors and schedule delivery for such materials. I check in all delivered materials and receive them. I then pull the balance (stock materials) of the job to complete and stage for pick up or delivery. I’m fully responsible for all scheduling with builders and installers. I always keep lines of communication open with all builders, purchasing agents, selection agents, sales consultants, field superintendents, and installers. I feel that with constant communication, mistakes, scheduling issues, and all errors are preventable, as I do whatever it takes for our builders/customers

I was fully responsible for managing 60,000 SF of warehousing space for floor coverings and supplies. This included overseeing all warehouse operations, maintenance, efficiencies, and supervision of 30-40 personnel in which I delegated all warehouse duties. That included unloading semi trucks, receiving, put away materials in staged locations, picking customer orders, cutting carpet, cycle counts, and loading of fleet trucks for delivery to new home construction sites as well as remodel sites for installation while keeping in communication at all times via Nextel Direct Connect. I was also responsible for routing fleet delivery vehicles in an effective manner to save on fuel costs, as well as scheduling all fleet vehicles and warehouse lifting equipment to a preventative maintenance program (PM) to prevent downtime, and costly repairs. Additionally, I oversaw all inventory control; prepared weekly productivity reports, weekly payroll within budget, and monthly inventory reports that I turned in directly to the owner of the company. I have had additional training on RFMS Warehousing Systems, Microsoft Excel, and am currently certified to operate Toyota Fork Lift Trucks. I also hold a Class C drivers license.
