As the Quotation Manager, I was responsible for ensuring the quotation process was consistent and standardized across the Hazardous Locations and Industrial Groups. I researched and provided analysis on why CSA was losing business. Presented recommendations on how to improve the quotation and certification process, to the Senior Canadian Leadership Team.

Additional responsibilities included:• Represented the Lab on the Joint Health and Safety Committee. • Led several Lab safety initiatives.During my short tenure, I was able to reduce Lab testing times from 14 weeks down to 8 weeks.
