As Director of Education and Clinical Affairs for Zest Dental Solutions, I'm responsible for Education, Product & Technical related support for customers and within the organization. Identifying education needs curriculum development, execution, and delivery as needed while overseeing the development of clinical studies to support the company’s vast product lines with Zest KOL clinicians. With over 42 years of experience in the dental field, (25 plus, years specializing in implant dentistry) I have had the good fortune to be associated with multiple implant manufacturers in different capacities from; education, research & development, troubleshooting, and always technical issue related areas. With almost 1,000 education programs presented to various implant groups, study clubs, and implant organizations over the years. Attained Accreditation with: the National Board for Certified Dental Technicians, (Certified in Partial Frameworks and Complete Dentures); the Academy of Osseointegration, (Technology Member); International College of Oral Implantologists, (Mastership level); the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics, (Mastership level); and the American Dental Implant Association.A partial list of organizations for Scientific Contribution or Appreciation awards would include: the California Dental Laboratory Association; the International College of Oral Implantologists; the American Association of Implant Prosthodontics; the American Dental Association; the Alabama Implant Society; Dominican Republic Dental Society; American Dental Implant Association; The United States Army; The United States Department of Veterans Affairs, and attended innumerable medical, dental, and implant related seminars and classes and spent countless hours chairside with surgeons, restorative clinicians, and technicians. He has authored and been a contributing author for journal publications, implant manufacturers’ product training materials, newsletters, and textbooks.
