CurrentResponsibilities:Asset Management- project champion for the implementation of Asset Management in the Engineering Department- design and implement new business processes to support our new Computerized Maintenance Management Software (Maintenance Connection) in Parks and Engineering- educate and train crews with regards to asset management and our new business processes (Real Time Tracking)- develop new Asset Management Systems for fire, parks and community services- created and chair of the Asset Management "Continual Improvement" Committee, Asset Management "Steering" Committee and the Asset Management "Feedback" Committee.Water Metering • Responsible for the administration of the 10 year water meter contract• Ensure leak tests are being performed and documented• Ensure the water meters are promptly repaired• Investigate resident questions and concerns regarding water usage • Communicate to other departments of water meter info structure updatesData Support• Supervise the processing of crew time sheets into JD Edwards Computer System • Provide work order and capital reports to the Engineering and Parks DepartmentsDispatch • Ensure the districts emergency line is in operation 24 hours per day• Supervise dispatchers and develop systems to improve communication with the residents and the coordination of work crewsGeneral • Co-chair of the Operations Safety CommitteeAccomplishments:• Project Lead for the PSAB Capital Asset Project. Identified, documented, and valued all assets owned by the district.• Project Lead for the development and implementation of electronic time sheets. Decreased data entry by 80%.• Relocated the sawmill to the operations center works yard.• Developed and implemented monthly water meter reading program.• Redesigned and Improved storeroom and yard procedures• Completed Level 3 of EOC Finance Training
