Fuqua Development

Serving as Fuqua Development’s Director of Leasing for the past 5 years, I am actively involved in market studies, project curation and leasing as well as being responsible for managing an internal leasing team and 3rd party brokers when resources outside of Fuqua are required.While my primary responsibility is new project leasing, I approach this task from a service-oriented perspective and work diligently to ensure that the company is actively crafting tenant partnerships that can be leveraged across our portfolio of projects. Additionally, I provide internal leadership in ensuring that Fuqua is meeting the challenging demands of the changing face of retail real estate by innovating tenant mix and seeking creative partnerships that are accretive to our mixed-use projects, including entertainment, food halls and experiential uses. Past projects include: The Battery Atlanta, a ~60 acre mixed-use development anchored by the Atlanta Braves; Kennesaw Marketplace, Kennesaw GA, a ~53 acre mixed-use development anchored by Whole Foods; Midtown West (17th and Northside), Anchored by Kroger; Decatur Crossing, Decatur GA, anchored by Sprouts; Sugarloaf Marketplace, anchored by Sprouts; Peachtree Corners Market, anchored by Sprouts; Glenwood Place, Atlanta GA, anchored by Kroger; Morningside Heights, Atlanta GA, anchored by Sprouts.Current projects include; The Exchange at Gwinnett, an 89 acre entertainment/experiential mixed-use development at the intersection of I-85 and GA Hwy 20; Peachtree Corners Town Center, Peachtree Corners GA, a mixed-use development anchored by Cinebistro; Madison Yards, Atlanta GA, a mixed-use development anchored by Publix and AMC; Sandy Plains Marketplace, Marietta GA, anchored by Greenwise; Clift Farm, Madison AL, anchored by Publix; Town Madison; Madison AL, a mixed-use project anchored by a minor league baseball stadium; Brookwood Quarters, John’s Creek GA, a mixed-use town center project anchored by a grocery store and a theater.
