Hi,I’m Len and I’m a lover of film and creative story telling.Currently I’m a Creative Specialist for Video Production for Booking.comMy background however is in corporate video production, spanning 8 years. 4 of these I was with a WPP agency, where I expanded the video production team, modernised the infrastructure, and focussed on creatively impactful content for clients. I was also fortunate enough to manage the creative team of 4 designers and a junior videographer, and help re-shape the approach to creative delivery, project ownership and a shift into new digital platforms.3 years prior was spent learning my trade form scratch as a junior editor in Bristol. I had no formal qualification in video production and pestered my way to the job. Persistence is key!
