In addition, I was a process equipment engineer for multiple projects and field assignments where I was responsible for creating and modifying PFDs and demo P&IDs, developing RFQ packages and developing equipment specifications and datasheets for blowers, fans, heat exchangers, material handling equipment, pumps, pump gear reducers, silos, tanks, cyclones, melt valves, hoist, etc.

Fluor Government Group - LOGCAP IV – Task Order 005 – Rebaseline( February 2011 – August 2011)My role on the project has been as an Estimator. I have assisted with the proposal for the Iraq Base Life Support (BLS). The proposal is for 20 new bases to provide Base Life Support (BLS). I was responsible for accounting for all full time employees (FTEs) within multiple Basis of Estimates (BOEs). In addition to accounting for FTEs, I was responsible for assigning all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) that was to be used within each of the BOEs to the correct site and Performance Work Statement (PWS) from the surplus of GFE. I am currently working on the Rebaseline of Task Order 005 (Operations and Maintenance). The rebaseline effort is redefining the current scope of work in comparison to the original proposal. The fee structure will then be based on the current scope of work.

My roles within Piping Engineering have consisted of performing as a Material Engineer on the Ma’aden Aluminum Rolling Mill Project, a Material Engineer on the South Texas Project Nuclear Reactor Units 3 & 4, the Lead Material Engineer during detail design on the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) Project, the Lead Material Engineer during front end engineering design on the Sibur / Tobolsk Polymer, LLC, PDH / PP Project and Material / Stress engineer during detail design on the SIPCHEM Jubail Acetyls Complex Acetic Acid Plant. My experience as a material engineer includes writing line class specifications in MATMAN, performing wall and full vacuum calculations for the materials on the project, writing piping narrative specifications (insulation, cleaning, etc...), specialty item specification, RFQ packages, reviewing and responding to vendor RFIs, and modifying P&IDs to show proper valves, symbols, and to match pipe specifications. As a stress engineer, my experience consist of stress analysis on exotic and standard materials, pipe support design, verifying pipe support locations, designing engineered pipe stress items (springs, etc..), equipment nozzle load calculations, reviewing and signing isometrics for construction. Also I interacted directly with project management, discipline supervisors, and the client to ensure that the objectives were being achieved, potential problems identified and corrective actions completed.
