I have assisted with the proposal for the Iraq Base Life Support (BLS). The proposal is for 20 new bases to provide Base Life Support (BLS). I was responsible for accounting for all full time employees (FTEs) within multiple Basis of Estimates (BOEs). In addition to accounting for FTEs, I was responsible for assigning all Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) that was to be used within each of the BOEs to the correct site and Performance Work Statement (PWS) from the surplus of GFE. I am currently working on the Rebaseline of Task Order 005 (Operations and Maintenance). The rebaseline effort is redefining the current scope of work in comparison to the original proposal. The fee structure will then be based on the current scope of work. -

Also I interacted directly with project management, discipline supervisors, and the client to ensure that the objectives were being achieved, potential problems identified and corrective actions completed. -
