    Gateway Travels specializes in the business to business operation of corporate incentive travel to destinations throughout the continental United States, with focus on Las Vegas, California and the western part of the country.I launched Gateway Travels with a desire to help families who were travelling to the 2014 World Cup in Brazil. Not too long after its inception, the company realized year over year (YOY) million-dollar revenue growth and exponential expansion. Actually, the company saw an increase in clientele from about 100 guests in it's first year to over 5K guests and a 400% increase in sales. By building loyal client relationships, I was able to implement the opening of a new division focusing on Destination Management. This new division planned, coordinated, and operated international corporate incentive group travel through the US. I built new teams and fine-tuned their customer-facing relationship building skills with a focus on sales delivery, customer engagement, and verbal/non-verbal cues.
