I took on the roll of foreman at the end of December with this young and growing company here in Kamloops. Working with many of the operators and personal that I worked with when I was with Diamond Lil's Trucking, they are a great bunch of guys. My focus in this company is production, whether its in the gravel pits crushing or having to sit in a seat training new a new operator, From doing everything a demo contract to cutting in a new foundation for houses or a large civil build. To do the job safely with no damage to the machine, surrounding buildings and mostly to the ground personal or contractor on site. Secondly to make sure the job runs smoothly and under budget that has a bonus to keep the contractor or ownership happy and we get to keep going back for the next job!! As well my time here will be full since I will be doing repairs and welding on one or more of the 70 pieces of equipment we have, keeps a guy busy!! Cheers

Woking with all our shop personal mechanics, and welders. To ensure that as the equipment and truck/trailers come into the shop, the proper paper work is taken care of and parts are ordered and at the shop in time. So that repairs and P/M ' s can be done in a timely manner. As well looking after some of the yard duties to keep everything flowing smoothly as trucks are flowing in and out. Placement of product so we know what is out there and where it is. Putting loads together for our sales staff for shipment. Working with the yard staff to ensure the job is done right and safely the first time

Working with Sr. staff to build and plan for road and pad construction in the oil field.Operating Dozers and Excavators with a crew to complete the jobs, that were assigned to that crew. Looking after daily time sheets and safety meetings. Working with the GF's of the companies that we work for to ensure the job was done safely and on time .

Working with the owner of the company on projects, planning and implementing the plans that were brought to the table. Making sure people were at the right place at the right time, and that the jobs were completed safely and on time.
