Len is a venture capitalist and angel investor who funds and advises early-stage companies in Cannabis, Healthcare and Software verticals. He was formerly CSO and Board Director at Funganomics, a UK-based firm developing a bespoke, Ethereum-enabled ecosystem supporting the future of NFTs and play-to-earn gaming. He was responsible for overseeing strategy formulation and management, as well as leading corporate development initiatives including M&A, transformation, capital raises, partnerships and alliances.Len was also Senior Vice President of Market Strategy & Development at Urbint, a company providing AI-powered Field Risk Mitigation SaaS solutions to the utility industry. He was responsible for opening new markets and products, conceptualizing and vetting use-cases, ensuring key stakeholders understood the vision and value proposition of each new Urbint solution, ultimately assuring that the company created new software to the delight and satisfaction of its many customers. Len led all business strategy and pre-MVP development activities supporting the company's AI-enabled Worker Safety SaaS solution. Before joining Urbint, Len was General Manager - Infrastructure Solutions (Corporate Development & Strategy) at Osmose Utilities Services, a PE-owned supplier of critical inspection & maintenance services for utility and telecom infrastructure in the U.S. In this role, Len was accountable for establishing, driving and monitoring successful implementation of the go-to-market sales strategies for the company’s two largest business segments. He led both profit centers to several consecutive years of record-setting revenue growth. Prior to Osmose, Len was a key leader at PPL Electric Utilities in Allentown, PA. He led Asset Management, System Reliability, Engineering Standards, Distribution Planning, Maintenance, and Internal Audit organizations, among others. Len holds an MBA from Lehigh University and a BS in MSIS from Penn State University.
