Financial Services Experience:-CSC Insurance Business Process OutsourcingOn-board external clients and establish full end-to-end systems, processes and resources to support multiple product lines (life insurance). -HD Vest-Divestiture from Wells Fargo (Parthenon Capital private equity acquisition) – Migration from Wells Fargo included standing-up all new systems and processes, vendor services including but not limited to Finance, Human Resources, telephony, PC’s, mobile devices, data centers and all associated infrastructure (internal and external networks), Sales and Marketing CRM platform, Compliance and Advisory systems, data warehouse and imaging systems. Negotiated and executed new and existing agreements with many vendors.-Wells Fargo Bank-Acquisition of Wachovia – People, systems and processes including extensive secondary system selection, design and integration. The integration included a full scale conversion on the BETA brokerage recordkeeping system, associated on-line tools, rebranding and conversion from the core Wachovia Bank platform to the Hogan platform. This multi-billion dollar initiative utilized thousands and thousands of internal and contract resources and had a conversion timeline of 2-3 years. Integrated HD Vest brokerage with the core Wells Fargo Bank Hogan platform and associated interfacing applications. Implemented key customer in person or on-line touch points. Defined and rolled out new products utilizing Wells Fargo’s robust CRM offers and recommendations engine. -Aurora Loan DIV Lehman Brothers (OCWEN Bank)-New Loan Origination processes and systems for OCWEN Bank – During the refinance boom OCWEN bank was unable to assist customers looking to refinance their loans as they did not have a loan origination/refinance division. We defined and implemented a turnkey solution which including all infrastructure, systems, processes and people to support the refinance business for OCWEN.

-Norwest Bank (Merged w/Wells Fargo Bank)-Merger w/Wells Fargo – Design, development and implementation of an enterprise wide intraday Risk Management Systems (Teller, ATM, on-line, ACH, Wires etc.). -Great West Life-Analysis, design and implementation of a re-designed Employee Benefits Claim and Payment Processing System (including refined ACH payment process). -First Trust / Data Lynx-Defined and implemented new check processing procedures and imaging system to facilitate same day credit for Fiserv (First Trust the parent company and their subsidiaries). The new process reduced the need for Fiserv to borrow up to $750MM on a daily basis.Designed, developed and implemented a new trading and recordkeeping system (SuRPAS). Evaluated and re-engineered business processes. -Charles Schwab-Introduction of Schwab’s most active trader product offering (Schwab 500) – Provided fundamental and technical analysis guidance to internal staff and Schwab’s clients. -Mackenzie investment Management / Ivy Funds-Acquisition of the Ivy funds – integration of the asset managers, assets, systems, processes and people. Conversion to a new trading and recordkeeping system (TSSG PAR Platform). Defined and built the new Transfer Agency division including fund accounting, call center, correspondence, operational processing. Designed, built and implemented a dynamic IVR platform and CRM / Executive Decision Support System.

-AT&T Broadband-Analysis, design, development and implementation of several high profile EDI and web based applications; Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application (GDT - Global Data Technology) used to support the complex decision making process (which products and services are available for specific customers/locations - telephony, high Speed data and/or video services, EDI interfaces used to transfer billing and provisioning information between CSG (Cable Service Group), the Data Warehouse, AT&T parent company plus Integrated Credit Verification System (Web and EDI Interfaces).-Media One-Analysis and management of the Y2k and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) for the corporate facilities group. Plans were continually updated during the process to include the acquisition and divestiture of corporate assets. The initiative included 800+ MediaOne facilities within 12 regions nationwide.
