Len is the Executive Director of the Justice Bridge Legal Center, an incubator program of the University of Massachusetts’ School of Law with offices in Boston and New Bedford, MA. Since launching in August, 2014, Justice Bridge has processed over 14,00 matters for modest means clients. Len also remains a partner of Brister & Zandrow, LLP, a civil litigation firm with offices in Boston and Plymouth, MA, that he co-founded. Since its inception in November, 1995, Brister & Zandrow, LLP has received an AV Preeminent rating, the highest available in the legal profession for ability and ethics. From 1995 to 2009, Len served as the pro bono General Counsel of the National Spinal Cord Injury Association, Inc., the largest and oldest non-profit organization dedicated to helping civilians in the United States with spinal cord injury and/or disease. Since the NSCIA's merger with United Spinal Association, he has served on United Spinal's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. He has been a member of the American, Massachusetts, and Boston Bar Associations. From 1996 to 2009, Len served as one of the editors of the Defense Counsel Journal, a quarterly publication of the invitation-only International Association of Defense Counsel. He served on the Board of Editors of the Boston Bar Journal, a quarterly publication of the Boston Bar Association during the mid-1990's. He has also worked in a variety of capacities with numerous other non-profit organizations and community groups, including the Town of Sharon's Personnel Board, the Catholic Lawyers Guild of Boston, and the Boy Scouts of America.
