I have successfully project-led development, implementation of Statoil's new globally integrated recruitment and deployment process.I was also part of Statoil's core technical evaluation team for recruitment BPO. From November 2014, AMS will deliver a full BPO scope to Statoil worldwide. Since taking on this position, I have worked on driving best practice for recruitment as well as developed and delivered a simplified and more cost-effective assessment centre setup for Statoil graduates. In addition, I was responsible for communication and training streams for the global roll-out of Statoil's new recruitment management system, PeopleFluent

Leader of Methods, technology and development (MTD) in the Statoil Academy- built new team and drive implementation of deliveries - personnel responsibility for +15 specialists within learning and learning technology- reponsibility for daily running of SAP LSO
