• Professional experience in development cooperation in design and preparation of tenders, project coordination and implementation (KfW, GIZ, EU) in the field of natural resources management in the context of biodiversity, climate change and sustainability, in English-speaking Africa and South-East Asia;• Experience as Interim Team Leader in the KfW-funded "Programme for Communal Land Development" in Namibia, implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Water and Land Reform;• Project management: Backstopping of KfW and GIZ projects in Namibia, Kenya and Ethiopia;• Business development: Development of expressions of interest, setting up of consortium, coordination with experts, preparing technical offers, conduction of fact-finding missions;• Hands-on experience in event management and moderation of workshops in the field of corporate social responsibility and sustainability;• Team management experience and good ability to adapt to multicultural environments;• Good experience in project and budget management; Strong analytical capacity and ability to synthesise projects;• In-depth knowledge of natural resources management and protection of biodiversity, and of international policy processes such as the action programs of the United Nations (e.g. Agenda 2030); • Strong client orientation and ability to build fruitful network and partnership;• Interdisciplinary and strategic thinking;• Excellent communication and editing skills both in German and English; • Good organizational skills and proven experience and ability to work in a team.
