- Trend research and analysis, preparing trend boards- Creating the Mix&Relax men collection: creating new prints and styles- Creating exclusive collections for the product groups Men, Women and Kids for our customers (e.g. Otto, Adler, Kaufhof, Karstadt)- Creating the Family Program (for the product groups Men, Women, Kids and Baby)- Creating the Aqua Teens collection 2018 and support for the Aqua Women Collection 2018- Supporting the collections until production release- New style developments - idea and fitting in cooperation with the pattern department- Prepartions of workshops and collection meetings- Presentation of the collections to customers- Participating in presentations of materials by suppliers, visiting fair trades and taking part on inspirational shopping trips
