Constructing a database for an archiving initiative of two-floor library. Publications, manuscripts, artwork, correspondences, articles, research materials. Restoration (rebinding) of out-of-print books. Periodic research.

Manager for musician and band. Facilitation of all communications including but not limited to bookings, press inquiries and music label correspondences. Merchandise production and sales. The primary objective of the role was to manage a financial investment made by serial entrepreneur, Jacob Lodwick. Establishing and developing all branches of the business; liaising with entertainment lawyers, booking agents (both in the US and int'l), tour managers, recording engineers, and recording studios to produce an independent EP release, a single release, SXSW performance and tour, CMJ showcase and multiple local and international performances. Day-to-day responsibilities involved executive management functions such as oversight of contract negotiations, accounting (A/R, A/P, distributions, budget, taxes, etc), coordination of performances at venues both in the US and Internationally. Additional roles such as event producer and art director for independently produced special events at unique venues, including a black tie event at the Gershwin Hotel, NYC were among the special projects that were undertaken in this role.

Varied oversight of responsibilities generated by special projects (public relations, promoting, development of website and printed materials - invitations, promotional material)Assistant to gallery directors - Co-curating, writing and editing (press releases, grants, artists biographies, proposals), exhibitions management (installation to schedules), archive maintenance, client/artist/lender correspondence, travel coordination and scheduling for directors.

Restoration (mostly rebinding) of original art nouveau books. Mounting of original artworks such as 19th century prints (Klimt).

Archived entire publication and public programs history of the New Museum since 1977 – 2007: Meta data database for website upload. Scanned, PDF batch-processed all publications. Converted cassette taped public programs to mp3 for web.

Produced two panels of significant figures within Environmental Design Professions; "World Water Day (March 2007)" and "Sustainable Design (April 2007)". Oversaw all aspects of event coordinating (catering, calender, hiring of photographer and videographer, fundraising, securing permit, insurance negotiation, meetings, space rental, PR, reception, designer, and host).
