Responsible for managing telecommunications software projects ranging from $25K to over $1M dollars in revenue. Point of contact for day-to-day activities pertaining to the internal operations of software developments for customers in Africa, Belgium, Greece, Canada, Australia, Mexico, and the U.S.A. Including scheduling and facilitating weekly conference calls with customers and the internal team of software engineers, QA specialists, customer support and documentation manager, program and product managers, account representatives and senior management. Responsible for making available, via FTP, software developments to customers and maintaining real-time delivery tracking within the Customer Support Portal. Created/maintained project IDs for staff logging of work effort within the Replicon Time Tracking System.
