- In my third and last year as a working student, I was lucky to get my first insights into the sales department. I started in inside sales with simpler tasks related to customer care. Here I had my first customer contact and learned a lot about the importance of effective communication and building long-term customer relationships. The opportunity to actively participate in sales conversations and experience the challenges of everyday sales first-hand was extremely educational. - Parallel to this I wrote my bachelor thesis on the topic "Development of a concept to strengthen employee loyalty in sales at Pyramid Computer GmbH".

- In my second year, I worked in the marketing department and, while I was involved not only in social media, employer branding, and recruiting, but also worked independently on optimizing the customer satisfaction monitoring process, making recommendations for action by conducting an empirical research survey.In addition, I also helped to implement a market research process in our company.- Second scientific project paper with the topic "Customer satisfaction analysis as a key element of a successful corporate performance - creation of a customer customer survey on the example of Pyramid Computer GmbH".
