I am a board-certified psychiatry PA, born and raised in the heart of Plano, TX. One of my greatest joys in life is getting to meet and build relationships with people from all over, and I am incredibly lucky that I get to do this on a daily basis! I enjoy supporting a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar mood, psychosis, trauma, and substance use in people of all ages, and am especially passionate about providing supportive and affirming care for neurodivergent individuals. My treatment approach involves using a blend of gentle curiosity and empathy with a splash of humor, unconditional positive regard, as well as holistic evidence-based medicine to allow for genuine, meaningful, and unfiltered conversations with my clients. My focus centers around evaluation, diagnostic clarity, psychoeducation and medication support, while also taking the time to better understand and identify more sustainable ways to support our mental health in the long run. Together, we can talk through the best resources and options that meet your personal needs, goals and comfort level, which may encompass a creative combination of medication and non-medication approaches, lifestyle interventions, therapy, TMS, and other resources. When I am not in clinic, you can find me at local animal shelters resisting the urge to adopt another cat, belting my heart out in the car, reading in cozy coffee shops, watering my overflowing collection of plants, and laughing with friends and family. I am excited to call Austin home once again, after serving the city of San Antonio for the past few years. I currently reside in Round Rock with my husband Andy and our three cats - Pumpkin, Winston, and Sabata.
