Started with this company as a Pantry Person, Learning every aspect of the kitchen. I worked as a line cook, banquet cook, did the food ordering,inventory. Scheduled as well as trained and supervised many of the kitchen departments . Was promoted to Dining room~ Lounge Manager .Knowing the back of the house allowed me to better run the Dining room with experience others did not have.
