- Develop and manage a budget of over $100,000 for a chapter of 100+ members- Generate monthly financial reports to send to Kappa Delta National Headquarters on the chapter's financial status- Responsible for reimbursements, billing and collecting dues, donations, and minimizing uncollected receivables- Oversee all financial transactions and cash accounts

- Help bill members and follow up on past due balances- Oversee the budget to ensure financial health of the chapter - Prepare and email 30-60-90 day letters

- Work at the register providing a positive customer experience - Answer customer questions in person or on the phone- Work mini-golf individually

- Take notes on weekly meetings while keeping folders organized- Schedule/book rooms for any organizational events and meetings

- Promote Vietnamese culture around campus by helping organize and attending events- Spread the word of monthly events by hanging up flyers around campus
