Administration duties supporting the operations team at Fox Cold Chain including creating consignment notes for freight, auditing consignment pricing, data entry, customer service including customer dispute resolution. Managing debit accounts, auditing processes to minimize errors and customer claims.Fox Cold Chain services large scale customers so follow up, punctuality and meeting appointmentdeadlines are important. In order to reach these deadlines strong communication skills are required.This is facilitated via email, phone and online customer portals.

• Reconciling bank accounts (up to 9 accounts per week split between two different companies Multitask and Lismore Challenge)• Cash flow reconciliation, data entry, reconciling NDIS Participant payments and accounts reconciliation.• Customer Service and accounts enquiries, online payments, on-time monthly creditor repayments,processing invoices, raising purchase orders and processing receipts for multiple departments.
