I work as a Locality Coordinator at Skills for Care, an independent charity and a delivery partner for the Department of Health and Social Care. In this role, I support the delivery of projects and work programmes that enhance the skills and quality of the health and social care workforce in London and South East England. I collaborate with stakeholders, partners, and networks to identify and address the learning and development needs of the sector.I have previously worked as a Higher Executive Officer in the Danish Parliament supporting Committees and responsible for the planning and execution of official and State visits for the Speaker and Presidium including case management within the Protocol. I've supported the delegation for the Council of Europe assisting with translation of speeches, note taking and preparation of official functions in the delegation office in Strasbourg and also responsible for planning and development of the training provisions for the administration and members of Parliament. I am a certified stress coach, life coach, and business coach with more than eight years of experience. I help individuals and teams to achieve their personal and professional goals, reduce stress, and improve their well-being. I have facilitated workshops and courses in stress management and assisted people who are on sick leave due to stress to return to the workplace. I am passionate about empowering people to live fulfilling and balanced lives and contributing to the improvement of health and social care services.
