Key responsiblities includes sourcing over 110 raw materials and sub-finished components for the DePuy Synthes Raynham, MA site from 104 suppliers, while developing and maintaining productive working relationships with all relevant stakeholder groups as required Managing the placement & flow of shop work orders to convert raw materials and semi-finished components into finished goods. Proactively identifying and communicating risks and changes that will impact the supply of material or finished goods to upper management and coming up with plan to mitigate the risks and disruption to supply chain. Collaborating with receiving and quality to ensure a smooth flow of material purchases into the warehouse. Proactively identifying, managing and implementing process improvements from reporting to streamlining supply chains, and order optimization. SAP:Underwent 100 hours of SAP training and was appointed the SAP Power User for the Purchasing group for both Orthopedics and Codman. Responsible for setting-up and maintaining planning master data the system, maximizing the utilization and functionality of SAP, and managing inventories to hit quantity and dollar value targets. Conducting business and managing personal conduct in line with the Johnson & Johnson Credo and all local, state and federal laws.

During my short time here I supported ongoing efforts to review and improve the current documentation standards from Legacy Gillette to Procter & Gamble standards by collaborating with the management team & the Technical Services Group by learning and reviewing workflow practices and finding ways to improve upon them. This resulted in my responsibility to develop all One Point Lessons and administering documentations required to bring the Legacy Gillette documents up to P&G standards. I also supported the closure of the Legacy Gillette Employee Suggestion System and assisted the Behavioral Observation Safety Team by developing better matrix measurements to promote a safe culture in the workplace.
