Post-launch, I responsibility for a 1350-room GLP hotel, orchestrating its successful operations. Through meticulous management and dedication, our team attain the prestigious Forbes Five-Star status within the inaugural year. This experience honed my skills in project management, operational excellence, and team leadership, solidifying my commitment to delivering exceptional results in the hospitality industry.

Internal promotion transfer from The Venetian resort-hotel which under Sands China Limited.-Forbes 4 stars hotel.-One of the largest Holiday Inn in the world (1224 rooms and suites)Regular floor supervisor for 3 floors.Emcee of IHW (International Housekeeping Week).

Around 3,000 suites which at least 70 sq.m. in The Venetian Macao.RA to Supervisor training in Paiza floor (VIP floor in Venetian) which includes multi-bay suite. After finished my training, I was assigned to be the regular supervisor of 2 floors for around 200 suites and 20 room attendants. Last but not least, working in a hotel which founded in 2007, I also need to assist for the renovation and the brainstorming for the working system.

As a team member of the pre-opening team, my position was the assistant of the Associate Executive Housekeeper. Multiple tasks like assisting to arrange training for senior room attendants and supervisors, assistant of the consultants as well. Last but not least, I was not only worked in Wynn but learnt in Wynn. I have attended many training during my internship for the professional guest service and housekeeping skills.
