  I assist in completing projects and everyday tasks for my coworkers. I also learn about each role in the human resources department and how they relate to the company as a whole. I help update our onboarding process by frequently checking our software for new applicants and compiling them into an easy to find file for my coworkers to find and look through. I assist in preparing and organizing company events like recognition ceremonies and company outings by setting up equipment and helping out by speaking at events, handing out awards or guiding people to specific places they need to go to.
