Lena is a Creatrix at Barriya. Mazing in between trees with her head in the clouds since childhood, then later in life gaining practical experience in crafting strategies, product development, and creative thinking. Mostly within the tourism, environmental sustainability, and social industries. Her current focus is within the landscape of creative wellness. At Barriya, Lena crafts nature-based practices and solutions to help organizations and individuals get clear on their why and what they want to create. She helps them learn what it takes to stand out creating the work that matters most to them.

Worked through the Domestic Tourism Nationalisation Program workstreams: growth report, global leading practice review, supply-side assessment, and skill strategy.

I took the roles of Secretary and Treasurer.

I held and organised Creativity & Entrepreneurship Workshops, Talk-shows, and collaborative sessions.

-Tax (5 wks):Created withholding tax reports for major companies, and prepared the annual tax/zakat return. As well as advanced tax payments, and overpayments of tax. -Advisory, Performance Improvement (3 wks):Worked on the Domestic Tourism Nationalisation Program; researched and summarised relevant market trends, and contributed to the creation of the project’s roadmap.
