Holder) suggested solutions to ensure the protection of minority voting rights in those three states.• Processed 2014 election data at the precinct level in Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, and Nevada.• Evaluated draft maps during the 2011 and 2012 Florida redistricting process for fairness and minority representation.• Studied results of the 2012 presidential election in Pennsylvania on a county-by-county level, using data from the past 4 presidential elections to identify possible winnable counties for future presidential elections.• Wrote reports that projected winnable congressional districts in 2012 using data from 2000-2010 Congressional elections in battleground states for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee.• Participated in strategy meetings with Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee staff.
