As a Customer Relationship Manager for Alexander Mann I worked as a consultant remotely and onsite with different customers in Sweden and U.K such as Verizon and Heineken, managing their talent and recruitment management process.While with Verizon - I was the first and only recruiter in the Swedish office and my responsibilities was at first to build an efficient and cost effective recruitment process solution. This involved establishing a senior network mostly in the Nordics and the rest of Europe and also establish contact with the online advertisement portals and external recruitment companies. Involved in the whole process from strategically creating profile descriptions, identifying candidates to the offer process.

Hudson is a global HR company that offers services within recruitment, outplacement and talent management.As a Consultant I worked with recruitment of specialists, middle- and executive management positions. Mostly with customers which were large established companies but also smaller growing companies within the IT/Telecom and Industry sectors. I was responsible for overseeing the whole process from creating a demand profile with the clients to selecting candidates, holding interviews and presenting the client with a final candidate list.As Research Manager I worked with a group of five, improving the search and selection processes, talent management and performance reviews. Santech Micro Group was one of Sweden’s leading distributors within the IT industry. The company distrubutes electronic and computer equipment to the swedish retail sector. I started at the company’s customer services department where I quickly advanced to Customer Services Manager. I worked strategically with processes, routines and quality improvements in cooperation with sales and warehouse managers. I then moved on to the sales department and due to good performance results I was promoted to a Sales Manager role where I was responsible for 10-15 sales persons working very closely with the team developing and making performance reviews and coaching them to succeed in their position.I was also responsible for the customer services department’s five people and a teamleader. As a Sales Manager I was also responsible for overseeing my teams professional development and individually I discussed goals and undertook annual salary reviews, appraisals and recruitment interviews while also being a coach and motivator for the group.
