I maintain your confidence and abide to the ICF’s Code of Ethics. As a Personal Trainer (Cert 3 and 4), I house mindfulness and wellness into my coaching. I’m also the proud Secretary of the Kastellorizian Association of Victoria and launched and host their Digital Networking Series.

Financial Executive Women is an association that provides advocacy/mentoring to women within financial services. As a senior manager part of my role was responsibility for leading the mentoring program. I constantly worked with it’s National members in all aspects of their career development, leadership skills and career management. My role was to foster growth and development via our coaching sessions, conferences and advocacy program.I also worked with our Coroporate Partners and their members to make sure that the program reached their expectations and their employees had the full benefit of all that the Corporate Sponsorship had available to it.From time to time I was also invited to present at educational bodies providing tips and pitfalls to newcomers about the job market.I participated in the National Annual Conferences and events i.e. "Circles" a regular discussion group where I shared my experiences and insights relating to various topics, i.e. dealing with difficult situations, working effectively with managers and teams and other relevant topics of the day.

I was there from the very beginning of Financial Recruitment Group and I was instrumental in it gaining a high and valued "go to" reputation within the financial services industry. It was there I coached/mentored thousands of individuals into rewarding roles. I developed long and lasing relationships with those candidates and often coached them onto their next role furthering their careers. I developed a strong reputation for being knowledgeable, supportive and offered real solutions to career issues. I commenced my career by placing graduates into the industry to placing and coaching the "C" suite of executives. On-boarded and managed new Consultants into the business and provided them with on-going support and leadership. Liaised with the CEO providing support with operations, new and existing business and tenders. Researced and reported on the findings for the Annual IFA published FRG Financial Services Sector Salary Review.
